I'm not too fat but i want to bring back my figure two years ago. I was kind of chubby three weeks ago, so I played badminton on weekends, skipped meals and avoid eating meat, for me to get back in shape, sadly it didn't work. A friend asked me to try DIET PILLS! I was afraid to try it at first but i was convinced when she said that there are no side effects and i wont have to torture myself on dieting. I drink the pills thrice a day, 20 minutes before every meal. It will make you feel as if you're not in the mood to eat, but of course i need to eat a little bit and drink plenty of water. Ever twice a week, i measure my waistline and there are improvements. I've been taking the pills for about four weeks now and i can say that the results are good.
